Captain of the FSS-CH9, Amaya Solace is the daughter of a high-ranking admiral from the Felinius Kingdom and the youngest person ever appointed captain of a Felinoid Smartship. Hard-nosed and tough as nails, she constantly struggles to prove herself and her team among the Squadron forces, many of whom assume she received her post through nepotism. Despite the general mistrust of her throughout the squadron, she has a reputation for being a fierce fighter, albeit with a history of insubordination and inability to follow orders. Lord High Inquisitor is the proper title for the ruler of the Rigellian Empire, but the current Lord High Inquisitor has held the title for so long (far longer than the lifespans of your average Rigellian) that no one living remembers how he became installed in the post or even what his name or origins were before he achieved it, not even his nephew Frank. As the Inquisitor was recently sucked into a small spontaneously occurring black hole, Frank has assumed control of the Empire.
