Chip Matthews is the cousin to Matt and Mathais Matthew and the pilot of the Binary Tactical Cosmic Hellcat unit, CH-42, commanded by his best friend, Marko Cain. It is thought that Matthews was stationed in with Cain as he was the only person that would agree to work with him.
Marko Cain was a cadet in the same class as Amaya Solace and Nikki Kitai. For a time he dated Katt Tuesday and shared a rivalry with Tybalt Prince who also vied for their affections. He is something of a mischievous bad boy with a large ego, but upon graduating managed to be given the command of a Binary Tactical Cosmic Hellcats unit, the CH-42, along side is best friend, Chip Matthews.
