Orbital lasers are your best bet for general street melting, but for porch ice, you might want something more horizontal, like a low-altitude hovertank firing a nice volley of incendiaries. I'd recommend asking for Z-84's, otherwise shrapnel might damage your gutters.

what shes really doing is providing the coordinates for military C-130 gunship.... "bring the rain" means use incendiary shells if i remember right...
